You can run an existing Report Builder to generate a Report immediately.
In the left-hand pane, click My Report Builders or All Report Builders.
From the list in the right-hand pane, select a Report Builder.
On the toolbar, choose
.
Read the warning and click Yes to run the Report Builder.
When the Report Builder has successfully requested the Report, you are asked if you want to go to the My Reports window. If you agree, click Yes.
If you choose to view My Reports, on the toolbar
choose 
to refresh the page and update the status of the
Report.

If you do not want to run a Report Builder immediately but at a specific time in the future, you need to create a schedule. For more details, see Related Topics.
Depending on the type of Report Builder you have chosen to run, the time taken to finish generating the Report will vary. To minimise any delay, select only Report Targets and Report Sections that are essential or reduce the Report Period.
There is a 10-20 minute delay between activity occurring on your network and information about that activity becoming available for collection by a Report Builder.
Some of the data about users contained in Computer Reports can only be collected if the targeted computer has been shut down and restarted.
If a Report Builder has not completed after 30 minutes, it will timeout and fail. Edit the Report Builder to reduce the Report Period, disable some Report Sections, or reduce the size of the selection group and run it again.
Only 5 Report Builders can run simultaneously by default, with any additional Report Builders waiting until a previously-started Report Builder is complete. For information about changing the default setting, visit the RM Support website.
